Some 2024/25 highlights
The Northam Care Trust have hosted 30 professional student placements from the NHS.
we can offer 900 units of learning through awarding body AQA for those we support!
96% of cases from our Employee Assistant Program have been matched with a counselor within 24hrs.
We've supported 4 people from Supported Living into unsupported, fully independent living.
22 people has been the average attendance at our Older People's Project sessions in 2025 so far.
